Privacy

As short as possible, because there is not much to say.

No trackers, no ads

No analytics, no pixel, no ad network. No data is sold or shared.

What stays in your browser

Your progress, your times, your streak and your settings live in your browser's local storage. They go nowhere. Clearing your cache erases them — hence the resume code, which lets you carry them.

What reaches the server

The leaderboard: your time, a randomly drawn nickname and emoji, and a random local identifier. None of it names you.

If you report a clue, the reported text and the reason.

If you create an account

The account is optional and will stay so: you play and you are ranked without one. It stores only your email address, and does two things — recover your scores after a cleared cache, and place you on the verified leaderboard.

The address is also kept in a reduced form, used solely to stop one person opening several accounts to occupy the leaderboard.

Deleting

Without an account, clearing your browser's local storage is enough. With one, write to us and it is deleted, scores included.
